I live in the US so the music box was shipped to me and sadly, it arrived with the grey jet airplane at the top, broken off. It had not been properly wrapped for shipping, inside the original box so it was able to jiggle around during shipping. I’ll try to glue it but it is in an awkward spot so I may have to figure something else out. I feel like the company should at least refund the shipping fee.
